Hi, I’m Rocco.
From 3rd–5th July, I’m taking on a big challenge in the Lake District with my mum and a great group of friends. We’ll be doing over 15 hours of mountain walking as we climb Helvellyn, which is the third-highest mountain in Britain. It’s definitely not going to be easy. We’ll be going up Striding Edge and Swirral Edge, which are really steep and a bit scary in places, but also super exciting. It’s going to be tough, but the views and reaching the top will make it all worth it.
I’m really looking forward to pushing myself and seeing if I can do it. I’m also proud to be raising money for Beit Halochem UK, which is an amazing charity. Any donations, big or small, would mean a lot and will help keep me going!
Beit Halochem is dedicated to providing life-long rehabilitation and support to Israel’s 70,000 wounded veterans and victim of terror (a significant increase from 51,000 since October 7th). Beit Halochem UK is a Charity devoted to raising funds and awareness for the four Beit Halochem rehabilitation centres in Israel which provide vital physical, psychological and occupational care and services through state-of-the-art facilities funded by people like you.
Thanks so much for supporting Beit Halochem UK and helping to rebuild lives
