Born and raised in London, Sally-Ann Thwaites made Aliyah 10 years ago. For the past thirty years she has been involved in the charity world both professionally and on a voluntary basis. Sally-Ann is not a trained chef but very much enjoys cooking and entertaining, learning and developing new recipes and exploring different ways to present and serve what she cooks.
This book is a tribute to her late mother Monica Slater who she describes as her best friend, her inspiration.
