Wishing you all a Happy Passover!

As Passover approaches, it reminds us to cherish our heritage, and the heroes who have fought so hard to keep it alive. At the Seder table, we tell our story, as Jewish people, to our children and grandchildren, to ensure that we remember our history, me'dor le'dor, from generation to generation.

This story is alive today, and we are part of it.

Today, more than 50,000 disabled veterans and victims of terror receive life changing rehabilitation at our four Beit Halochem facilities in Jerusalem, Tel Aviv, Beer Sheva and Haifa.

As you prepare your Seder plate, please take time to honour their tremendous sacrifices, their love for Israel, and their willingness to serve.

The needs of our members are many and complex. In addition to the physical wounds, many face daily battles with psychological ones like Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) and traumatic brain injury. The dedicated staff of Beit Halochem, with state-of-the-art facilities, provides these heroes with the best chance to recover their independence and strength, and build new lives for themselves.

One recently injured soldier reflected on his service and recovery this way: "There is a lot of love that you get here at Beit Halochem - from the new as well as from the older, more experienced, members. We have all lived through life changing experiences whilst protecting the country we love. and feel eternally grateful to all those who support us on our long journey to recovery".

Our community is Stronger Together and Stronger with you in it!
